" This tonneau cover is great! what I like most about it is the easy to release latch. I had a Lund cover on my old truck and the weakness in it was the latch. After about a year of use one side would not latch. Also the customer service dept is top notch. "

" Overall, I am very satisfied with my Lorado soft roll up cover for my 2023 Chevy 2500. The directions could of provided more detail on how to install the cover when you have an automatic tail gate. "

" I love the cover, it keeps everything dry in the rain and it's easy to open. "

" Exactly what I ordered. Worst part was it was covered in aluminum shavings but luckily no damage to the material. It fits a little tight on the tailgate but I'm sure that would be better then having a gap for the weather to come in. I recommend access covers to everyone "

" I ordered the wrong roll up tonneau cover from ACI online and gave them a call to rectify my problem. I couldn't have been treated more professionally by customer service rep Kurt. Thank you for your expert product knowledge and courtesy. The new cover you expeditiously sent me went on in a hour and a half and fit perfectly. Thank you! "

" Installation was fairly quick and easy. My only recommendation is advising the left and right bolts at the front corners be left very loose (i.e., just short of separating from the nuts) until the cover is properly fitted. Then, tighten as instructed and all is good. This is my second Access "roll up" cover; my first one lasted all six years I had it... would have kept it if it would have fit my new truck. Also bought and installed the bed mat. Found an easy way to mark the locations of the holes for the truck's 5th Wheel mounting system. Apply some flour to the rims of the "puck" holes, and then place the mat into position. Then apply pressure to the area of the holes (step on each one). Lift the mat and use a black marker to mark around the outer edge of the white "rings", and then cut accordingly with a utility knife. Many thinks to my lovely and gracious wife, who again proved some of the best answers come from the kitchen. :) "

" This is the second Lorado I have purchased and I still live these things. My first one went with the pickup when it was sold for someone else to enjoy. After not having a tonneau on my new one for a while I missed having it and bought the same one for the new pickup. Easy to install yourself and always look sharp. "
