" I purchased this cover in November and have not been disappointed so far. Installation was a breeze and it looks awesome on my Ram. I watched some installation videos and noticed that it should have come with hangers and a bar with a hook. I just figured that the company discontinued including those. I sent an email to inquire about purchasing those items and received an email in response advising that they were shipping the bar and hooks to me at no charge. That is five star customer service in my book. If my Access Limited cover ever wears out I know exactly where my next cover is coming from. "

" Received this on time . Everything was in the package received. I did not use a professional to install the cover. The instructions were a bit confusing as to where the side rails were to be placed but after a bit of trial and error I figured out the correct placement of the side rails. Everything fit perfectly. The lighting package doesn't seem to work as expected. The lights only works if I push the button to turn them on and push the button to turn the lights off. They don't turn themselves off after 3 or 5 minutes. I called customer service about this and they want pictures sent to them showing the problem. Not sure how to do this? "

" I recently decided to look for a replacement Tonneau cover for my 2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD. My original cover which was installed shortly after buying the truck new in 2001, was beginning to show signs of age. Yep, thats 22 years ago, and still functioning fine! I was really surprised to learn my old Access Limited Edition cover was still in production, and replacement parts were available. Curt, at Agri-Cover helped me with ordering the parts I needed and now my old truck should be good for another 20 years or so. Good people to work with, familiar with their products, and they even answer their phones! "

" Bought a Limited roll up cover for my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 long bed when the truck was new, Installation was simple. Looked great and lasted more years than I expected. Started getting these little holes in the cover ( most likely from Bird poop not being cleaned up asap) Called customer service and explained situation and they bent over backwards to solve my problem. Had a new cover at my door in no time at all. Been promoting ACI covers all along and tell people where to purchase them. You all are #1 in my book when you stand behind your product. THANKS!!! "
