" All of the parts weren't in the package upon receipt (missing 4 nuts and 4 washers). Customer service helped me figure out what was missing and sent replacements quickly. The cover wasn't that hard to install but would have been a lot easier if the instructions were more clear. It's only been installed a couple of weeks but it looks really good and is easy to operate. We haven't had the chance to test it yet in the rain with cargo in the bed. "
