" Bought this Lorado cover at the same time as I bought the truck in 2009. This truck has never seen a garage and has been parked in the Florida sun since new (with the Lorad). The cover, now, shows the most minor wear (if you can find it). Nothing has ever broke or wore out on it. The sun finally weakened the Velcro "hook" tape (in the cover's rails), so that was recently replaced. This truck is not a work truck but does occasionally haul loads. This cover I highly recommend. Have been very satisfied with it and would buy another one. This comment is being posted as a response to an inquiry of my satisfaction after a purchase at the AgriCover site (the Velcro hook tape). "

" I have owned Access covers for all my pickups. I must say there are excellent quality and well worth the price. They are not the cheapest but are certainly the best and well worth the little bit extra you will pay for them. I had a Velcro issue with my relatively new (couple years old) and I called for some help on getting replacement Velcro. I was greeted by a customer rep who far exceeded my expectations. I explained my situation to him and he promptly said "we are going to take care of you". He sent out replacement parts under warranty once I told him my serial number. WOW! that's all I can say. No hassle.......just great customer service. I knew there was a reason I have always purchased from this company and always will. The only thing they did not offer to do was come and install the parts themselves....lol. Keep up the good work Access and I will continue to highly recommend all your products as well as use them myself. Thanks----Mike Theis "

" I have owned the cover for nearly a year now with zero issues. I absolutely love having it and the versatility of being able to roll it up out of the way when needed is fantastic. I set my tension adjustment when I first installed it and after baking in the Arizona sun, our constant high winds and over 15,000 miles at highway speeds it hasn't stretched or loosened up one bit and still looks as good as the day I installed it. I can honestly say I will never own another pickup without a roll up bed cover from Access. I recommend them to anyone who owns a truck and wants the versatility of having a truck while still being able to load your bed with light items like groceries or luggage and not worry about the weather or having to tie anything down. Material quality and craftsmanship are top notch and they don't get any easier to install. Very satisfied customer and getting ready to place another order so we can put one on my wife's truck. "

" I have owned three of these so far. The one I currently own I have had for almost four years. I recently noticed some signs of fading along the edges from rolling it up. I called customer service to get a recommended product to make it black again. They went the extra mile and are shipping a new vinyl cover. Great customer service!! "
