" I had purchased the truck bed cover directly with the company and had it installed and I could not be happier with customer service, shipping, price and warranty. I however purchased the complete truck bed seal kit from Real Truck and needless to say the installation process did not go as planned partly my fault. I call Agricover directly and explained my mishap and the gentleman with customer service was so awesome and understanding. He not only explained how to properly place on the seal and why they chose the style of seal for my truck, he sent me another kit at no charge. " Lorado Roll-up cover was perfect for what I was looking for and expecting. Terrific turn around on order, no issues with shipment, and cover arrived with all parts and intact. Installed the cover myself and fit perfectly. However, one recommendation I would make - in your demo video's for installation, could you address the issue when a truck has an over-the-rail drop-in bed liner. Your site and instructions just says that some modifications need to me made. The bed liner needs to be trimmed for the side rails to fit properly. I actually went to a competitors site to see how/where to trim the liner with a utility knife. Absolutely love the look and fit and would recommend Agri-Cover to anyone. Thank you. "
