" Overall the cover is what I expected since this is the second Access cover I've purchased. My first one was still in great condition after 11 years on my F-150. I did have a little problem with the clamps holding and the alignment of the rails with the bed rails on the truck. Overall I'm well satisfied with the product. "

" Love this cover!. I shopped many different covers before landing on this one. The way this cover mounts allows me to keep the bed rail bars for a killer look. Very happy with this cover. I did have an issue with the mounting clamps and the customer service sent out replacement clamps at no cost. Great customer service from this company. Highly recommend this cover and this company. "

" I purchased parts for Loredo cover. I purchased a Laredo several years ago because of the lifetime Warranty. I am very happy with the cover and have recommended ACI to everyone in the market to purchase a cover. When I called to get replacement Velcro strips customer service said you don't do lifetime warranty anymore. I guess my warranty was taken from me. The Velcro was given at no cost but here I am purchasing parts that should be under warranty. I am going to need a new cover soon because mine is finally showing some wear and the Velcro doesn't hold very good anymore. I love your cover but will probably purchase A different brand because you didn't stand behind your warranty. "
