" Purchased a used truck that had the Loredop Roll-Up tonneau cover. It was in excellent condition and operated perfectly. Had the truck bed sprayed and the spray company had to remove and re-install the cover. When this was done, the rubber seal on the bed front was not replaced. I called and spoke to customer service at Agri-Cover and received excellent help. They explained what parts I needed and how to do the install myself. I ordered the parts and they were delivered quickly with very detailed instructions. When I had some additional questions, I received quick, friendly and patient help. The installation went flawlessly and it is now perfect. I love the product and couldn't be happier with Agri_Cover, Inc. "

" Just installed the cover. Did not go as smooth as expected. I could not access a good video to see the details. The directions could have had a few clearer pictures. Hard to see the details on the rubber strip placement because once it sticks no turning back. Love my old one but I did not install , only a replacement cover. "
