I talked to customer service before ordering and they were very helpful. Offered tips on installation. Order came very quickly. Installation went smoothly and all the hardware fit existing holes in the vehicle. "

" The product is great. The instructions, however, should be clearer. They should identify that the retaining holders on each side go under the rails, not on top. It took me several attempts to figure that out. I had to eventually look at a youtube video. Your materials should have guided me on this issue. "

" The product itself seems to be good, looks nice and so far works well. Delivery was prompt and product came in good shape. Installation instructions not the best but was able to figure it out. Seems like how much to torque the bolts and nuts should be at the start of the instructions, - not at the end. "
