" We purchased one of your rollup box covers and are very happy with your product. Your service is very fast, which ended up being not a good thing for us. We noticed that the wrong size had been marked, and called to change the next day. It had already been mailed so it ended up costing us close to $100 restocking fee. The package was never opened and returned the day we received it. I can understand a fee, but this seemed a little excessive. Beyond this, your service is very good. With a couple of clicks on my computer to the Access website, the cover arrived in mail to my AZ address a few days later. " I had a 9 year old cover that I poked a hole in 3 years ago and patched it from the inside and it was working well but the velcro strips on the sides failed. I was very happy with the cover and ordered another just like it. I followed the installation instructions and was very happy with the easy install. "

" I purchased the roll-up cover in 2012 for my new Ford F-150. I was very happy with the quality and look of the cover. Earlier this year, almost 8 years later I contacted customer service as the Velcro used to hold the cover in place was beginning to deteriorate. No questions asked, the company shipped new Velcro strips within a few days with no charge. That is what I call customer service and standing behind your product. Thank you "

" As you can see even after 8 or 9 years the Access cover on the blue pickup is still providing the service for which it was intended, protecting the survey equipment which I use everyday, the pickup has 250,000 miles and I couldn't guess how many times the bed cover has been rolled up. The one on the white pickup is 4 years old and as you can see, they also do a great job of protecting other valuable items whether for work or for play. I also like the fact that there is not a significant difference in the shape of the two tonneau covers even with the difference in age. The dirt and dust on the covers (which have just come in from a construction project) show what they have kept off of the equipment. I am very satisfied with the years of service both of these Access covers have provided and would recommend them to anyone who wants the full use of their pickup box, and still wants to protect their luggage or equipment. "
