" Finally got time to install it. Watched the video and made things look so easy. Got it in and with some minor adjustments for the tailgate, went well. As with anything if had to do one again could do it in a quarter of the time. Absolutely love it and it looks great. Just in time for winter. Then adjusted one on my dad's pickup from over 25 years ago and still looks great. Very happy with the purchase and happy to be supporting a North Dakota company. "

" Roll-up cover and rack review: I just purchased the ACESS Original Roll-Up cover and the ADARAC Aluminum Series Rack from Agri-Cover INC. Prior to purchase I had a lot of questions about the products After my first e-mail to my last e-mail Kurt Rostenbach was extremely prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of his company's product. He also had a very personable personality that was a great plus to his outstanding customer service. When I received the cover and rack there were informative instructions with videos on how to install both products. These were installed on my new 2023 Chevy 2500HD LTZ/Z71 Duramax. There were some minor scratches on one rail. There were also a few bolts missing. Kurt very promptly sent the new rail and bolts to me FedEx. The quality of your products should last us a long time. It is always nice to do business with a person like Kurt that even stood by his product after the sale. I am sure Kurt is an asset to your company. Highly recommended... Thanks again Kurt... " Originally purchased this cover in 2016 for my new Sierra and now in 2023 still looks and works likes new. Recently purchased a 2023 Tacoma and bought same cover for this vehicle. Thought I had installed correctly but had an issue with it not sealing entirely. After a number of back and forth emails with customer service, they walked me through the install mistake that I had made and everything functions perfectly now. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or company to anyone. The product I'm using has been great as far as workmanship and durability. Back that up with solid customer service and I can't say enough good things about this group. If you're thinking about giving them a try, do it...I can't imagine you'll have any regrets. "
