" Good quality - I like the locking mechanism at the tailgate, which makes the cover nice and taut - Looks nice on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Installation is pretty easy, or would be, your second time through. The first time through, the given printed instructions are pretty bad. Took me around 2 to 2.5 hours - if I had to do it again, I bet it would be 45 minutes - the extra time is spent deciphering. A link to a video would probably be appreciated. Haven't tested waterproof-ness yet since it's winter, but I had to seal up the corners near the truck cab with caulk where there was light coming through. The deluxe tailgate gasket that I sprung for is for the bottom of the tailgate, near the hinge, which is of limited utility. "

" I just wanted to write to you and your company thanking you for making a great product! So many things we buy this day in age, are made and constructed so poorly, that the item is just not designed to last. I bought an "Access" rollup tonneau cover about 9 years ago for my Dodge Ram pick-up. At the time, I lived up in Buffalo, NY, so needless to say, the tonneau cover took quite a beating from mother nature. Even when it was really cold, your cover worked AWESOME! The velcrow worked in every weather condition...even sub-zero temps! I recently moved to Houston, TX and even in the extreme heat the cover remained in great shape! When I first bought the product nine years ago, it came with a pretty good warranty, and now I know why. You stand by your product, and that is awesome! I had recently sold my truck, and the only regret I have is that I didn't buy a truck that had the same size bed...because I then could have transferred the cover I had on it! Thanks again for making such a great product! Such a breath of fresh air nowadays. I will for sure be purchasing a new Access tonneau cover for the truck I just recently bought! Thank you for your time and keep up the awesome work with making a great product! "

" Nice appearing, easy installation by using few tools. The instructions regarding the assembly could have been more explicit and the installation would have taken less time for this first time installer. Took me over 45 minutes but would have taken 30 minutes or less if the instructions were more explicit. "

" Nice cover & easy to install. 2 Screws at back of metal cover on each end rub on plastic tailgate guard/air deflector and put nicks in the tailgate guard/air deflector. Had to order a new air deflector due to the nicks from screws. "
